We are pleased to announce that our wholly owned subsidiary, Ram Financial LLC, is now a member of FINRA and is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker-dealer.

This represents a major milestone. We could not have got here without the backing of our over 16,000 beta users, 700 crowdfund investors, and the thousands of other supporters.

Aries Engine will be the first open development platform. We are beyond excited to see what the community builds on top of it. We will begin rolling users and developers on to the platform shortly

Consumer financial technology has one of the highest startup failure rates. Large banks and institutions can afford the huge regulatory & infra barriers, but smaller entrepreneurs building for the people cant. Most of those failures can boil down to regulation, data fees, and infra hurdles. We’ve built an accessible set of APIs, SDKs, Incentive programs, and foundational elements to do all of the leg work so that builders can focus on building and getting to market - we call it Aries Engine.
