Given my financial situation, should I choose a brokerage service? Why or why not?
How will you choose investments to recommend to me?
What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education, and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?
What fees will I pay?
Fees are paid to the Firm in several ways. The Firm generates income in the following ways:
Margin Interest – If you trade on margin, interest will be charged on borrowed funds. Details on the costs and risks of margin trading can be found on our website.

Commissions & Contract Fees – Certain option products may be subject to commissions or per-contract fees.

Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?
What are your legal obligations to me when providing recommendations? How else does your firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?
Ram does not provide recommendations, however, representatives may explain products, order types, account features and trading mechanics, but they do not recommend securities, investment strategies or whether you should enter into a transaction. Ram Financial predominantly makes its money from payment for order flow on your self-directed trading, interest on overnight cash balances held in your account, and interest charged when we lend you funds for margin trading.
The way we make money may conflict with your interests. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the services we provide you. Some examples:
Margin: RAM earns interest when a customer borrows money on margin, creating an incentive for customers to maintain debit balances.
Payment for order flow: RAM receives a share of payment for order flow through Apex for equity, ETF and stock or ETF option orders. This creates a financial incentive regarding where orders are routed.
Ram Financial mitigates its conflicts by applying controls and supervising its processes and employees. The Firm’s registered representatives are not paid based on your transactions.
