The company is engineering precisely targeted, controlled and highly active T cell therapies that are designed to better recognize target cells, break down their defense mechanisms and attack and eliminate these cells. Its product pipeline includes obe-cel (ALLCAR19), obe-cel (CAROUSEL), AUTO1/22 (CARPALL), AUTO4 (LibrA T1), AUTO6 (MAGNETO), AUTO5, AUTO8 (MCARTY) and AUTO9. AUTO4 and AUTO5 are two programmed T cell therapies for the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma targeting TRBC 1 and TRBC 2.
