Bull case

Axis Capital Holdings is strategically positioned with a strong focus on capital return and improved underwriting portfolios. With a diverse workforce and attractive growth plans, the company is undervalued and expected to outperform consensus estimates. Despite management changes and a recent reserve charge, AXIS is well-positioned for success with a conservative payout ratio, reduced risk exposure, and a strong focus on sustainability and lower carbon alternatives.

Bear case

Axis Capital Holdings is facing a challenging macro environment with slowing pricing trends and increasing competition.
