Bull case
Curis is supported by strengthening PCNSL data for emavusertib plus ibrutinib, including a 100% ORR in five of five BTKi-naïve evaluable patients and 33% ORR in 30 BTKi-experienced evaluable patients, which improves the registrational case and supports potential accelerated approval in the U.S. and Conditional Marketing Authorization in Europe. The company also has a compelling mechanistic rationale in CLL, where BTKi monotherapy yields high but shallow responses, while dual blockade of BCR and TLR signaling has already shown deeper responses, including CRs and undetectable MRD, when emavusertib is added to a BTKi regimen. Execution is improving as well, with 11 sites opened on June 26, 10 patients consented as of July 22, and guidance moving to 5-10 patients in December 2026, suggesting growing clinical interest and advancing pipeline momentum.
