Its ELI-007 is being evaluated in a preclinical study for the treatment of mutant v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF) driven cancers, and ELI-008, is being evaluated in a preclinical study for use in the treatment of mutated tumor protein p53 (TP53) expressing cancers.
