The Observatory segment operates the 86th and 102nd floor observatories at the Empire State Building. Its properties include Empire State Building, One Grand Central Place, 250 West 57th Street, 130 Mercer, 111 West 33rd Street, 501 Seventh Avenue, 1400 Broadway, 1359 Broadway, 561 10th Ave, One Grand Central Place, Metro Tower, 298 Mulberry Street, 10 Union Square East, 1010 Third Avenue, Hudson Landing, 85-87 North 6th Street, and 92-94 North 6th Street.
