By utilizing proprietary combinations of naturally occurring phage and creating novel phage using synthetic biology, it develops phage-based therapies intended to address large-market diseases. The firm offers two phage-based product types: Fixed cocktail therapy and Personalized therapy. Its ongoing programs include BX011 and BX211. BX011 is a fixed multi-phage cocktail, for the treatment of DFI associated with Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). BX211 is a phage therapy for the treatment of Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis (DFO) associated with S. aureus.
