The case for and against

Updated Aug 18, 2026

Bull case

Intapp is positioned well for future growth as its specialized AI platform, Celeste, serves a niche market with high barriers to entry and limited competition from generic AI tools. With a rapidly expanding client base and growing market share in enterprise clients, Intapp's consumption-based pricing model should support a strong revenue growth trajectory. Coupled with their increasing profitability and strong momentum, Intapp is poised to meet or exceed its FY29 targets.

Bear case

Intapp is facing risks in both demand for professional services and technological advancements with the introduction of its new product, Celeste. In addition, the company's reliance on the US market for majority of its revenue exposes it to potential economic and political risks. This, combined with increased competition and potential client migration to higher-margin cloud solutions, may ultimately result in negative growth and reduced profitability for Intapp.
