Its lead product candidate CNTY-101 is a CAR-iNK cell therapy with six precision gene edits in a Phase I clinical trial for patients with B-cell mediated autoimmune diseases. CNTY-308 is a CD19-targeted, iPSC derived CAR T cell therapy. CNTY-341 is a dual-targeted CD19 and CD22 iPSC-derived CAR-T cell therapy.
