SPC-14 targets glutamate receptor NDMAR and serotonin 5-HT4 to address cognitive and neuropsychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer’s disease. SPU-16 is a candidate targeting central nervous system (CNS) disorders, with an initial indication for multiple sclerosis.
