The case for and against

Updated Oct 3, 2026

Bull case

TaskUs is benefiting from a stronger mix of growth drivers, with 2Q'26 revenue of $308.9M and Adj. EBITDA of $57.7M above guidance, while full-year revenue guidance was raised to $1.22-$1.24B and Adj. Free Cash Flow to $110-$120M. Its AI Services segment remains a key catalyst, rising 25.8% YoY to $66.1M for a seventh straight quarter above 25%, while Digital Customer Experience accelerated to 6.4% growth, showing demand is not dependent on a single end market. Although Trust & Safety declined and the largest client still represents 20% of revenue, concentration is falling and growth across the rest of the client base is accelerating, supporting a more durable, diversified earnings profile.

Bear case

TaskUs is facing a bearish outlook because peer-group multiple compression has reduced valuation support, with the company now implied at just 0.9x EV/Revenue and 5.1x EV/EBITDA. The core Trust & Safety business remains under pressure, as revenue of $67.1M fell 12.3% YoY due to continued automation of content moderation at the largest client and another social media account. Although growth in technology and financial-crime-and-compliance verticals offers some offset, management still guides T&S revenue lower on a YoY basis through the back half of 2026, signaling ongoing fundamental weakness.
