The case for and against

Updated Oct 16, 2026

Bull case

TG Therapeutics is viewed favorably because BRIUMVI is already a commercial-stage asset with clear traction in RMS, including a U.S. market share increase to 8% in 1Q26 from 7% and sequential U.S. revenue growth while Ocrevus and Kesimpta declined. The ENABLE Phase 4 data strengthen the case further, showing durable improvements in patient-reported outcomes through Week 48 and 99.4% relapse-free status among switchers with an ARR of 0.011, supporting the drug’s real-world effectiveness and tolerability. Its single-infusion initiation also creates a payer- and infusion-center advantage versus two-infusion competitors, while the >60% share of IV therapies in the B-cell depleting market supports continued share gains.

Bear case

TG Therapeutics is viewed negatively because BRIUMVI, while showing lower ARR of 0.08 and 0.09 versus 0.19 and 0.18 for teriflunomide in ULTIMATE I and II, has not produced statistically significant disability-progression benefits, limiting the strength of its clinical differentiation. The broader risk profile remains elevated, as the company’s valuation assumptions rely heavily on discounted cash flow estimates through 2038 with a 12% discount rate and -25% terminal growth, plus unproven probabilities of success for BRIUMVI IV and SC. That leaves the stock vulnerable to safety, efficacy, regulatory, and competitive setbacks, especially since the analysis excludes other pipeline assets and indications.
