The IHT segment provides conventional and advanced non-destructive testing services primarily for the process, pipeline and power sectors, pipeline integrity management services, and field heat treating services, as well as associated engineering and condition assessment services. The segment also provides comprehensive non-destructive testing services and metallurgical and chemical processing services to the aerospace and other industries. The MS segment provides onstream services engineered to keep customer assets on-line and producing, and specialty maintenance, turnaround and outage services, which are performed while assets are off-line, and are designed to reduce customer downtime.
