The firm's differentiated technology platforms include radio frequency (RF) silicon-on-insulator (SOI), Fin Field-Effect Transistor (FinFET), FDX, Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS), Silicon Germanium (SiGe), Gallium Nitride (GaN), Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD), and Silicon Photonics (SiPh).
